Tours run at various times every day, please enquire when you arrive at the Museum. Last tour of the day is usually at 4.15pm. Check Tour times and dates

WILDLIFE GARDEN
The Wildlife Garden is open from 1 April to 31 October, from 10.00 until 17.00 daily

ATTENBOROUGH STUDIO
Films at the Natural History Museum are free to watch and show daily, the Museum have a high-tech, multi-screen which features a daily programme of films including the latest interactive film, Who do you think you really are?, and other short nature films. 

NATURE LIVE TALKS AND EVENTS
Uncover the work of the Museum's curators and researchers at our exciting Nature Live events for families and adults. Everyone is encouraged to join in. From ladybird spotting and dinosaurs to bat winter survival strategies and how nature inspires fashion, our regular, informal, Nature Live talks and events are an enjoyable way to explore the natural world. Join the experts in topical discussions about the science world and fascinating natural history subjects.

SPIRIT COLLECTION TOUR
On the tour discover more about cutting-edge scientific research in the Darwin Centre's Zoology spirit building.  Get a fascinating glimpse of the building's 27 kilometres of shelves and some of the 22 million specimens the Museum looks after, including hidden treasures such as the giant squid and specimens collected by Charles Darwin. Suitable only for adults and children over 8 years old. Please book on the day at any information desk when you arrive. For enquires or access requirements, please call +44 (0)20 7942 5000.

WILDLIFE GARDEN
Escape the city and wander through the tranquil habitats of the Wildlife Garden, including woodland, meadow and pond and more. Make it part of your overall visit to the Museum.
The garden is a haven for 1000s of British plants and animals and demonstrates wildlife conservation in the inner city.  From marsh marigolds to moorhens, foxes to sheep and hornbeam to lime, the Wildlife Garden is buzzing with life throughout the year. You can visit at other times by appointment. Contact the Central Hall information desk on +44 (0)20 7942 5011 to arrange this.

Investigate Centre

ALL AGES
Have you ever touched a meteorite from space? Or a fossilised dinosaur bone? Come and be a scientist in the Investigate centre at the Natural History Museum. Use microscopes and other scientific tools to explore 100s of stunning objects from the natural world, just like our Museum scientists do. The friendly staff are on hand to help you with your explorations. Investigate is free for everyone to drop in and explore. It is located on the Museum's lower ground floor in the Green Zone.
